• Advance ticket purchase is strongly advised.

• Tickets are non-refundable, however attendees can exchange their tickets for another performance of the same show if tickets are still available on that date.  The deadline to change tickets is two hours before a performance and can be done so on your order confirmation email originally received.

• In the rare situation where Sterling Community Theatre must cancel a performance due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control, notice will be posted on the our website, and all ticketholders will be contacted at least three hours prior to the start of the performance via email with information on next steps.

On the day of a performance:​

• Please remember to bring your e-tickets either on your phone to be scanned or printed out.​

• All of our shows are performed in the Parish Hall of The First Church in Sterling (GPS Address: 6 Meetinghouse Hill Rd, Sterling, MA 01564)​

• We do not have our own parking lot.  Parking is available on the street around the town common, and in the municipal lot behind the Town Hall.

• The hall is opened for seating 30 minutes before the performance starts and seats are available on a first-come basis and will not be assigned or reserved.
   

Accessibility

• Wheelchair access is available via a side entrance.

• Before using this entrance, we ask that a member of your party first inform the ticket staff so that we can assist.  Please plan to arrive at least 45 minutes before the show starts to be seated.
